We think we have thought of everything which you may need for your stay. Here is some of the important information which you will most probably need or want to know. If there is anything else that you would like to know please send us an email or telephone us and we will be happy to help.

Hosts
Robert and Mandy live adjacent to Hembury Court allowing you complete privacy, yet being easily available should you require any assistance.
Heating
All cottages are provided with full central heating and the cost is included in the rental charge.
Water
All water is from a private supply and is passed through a water treatment plant.
Linen
All linen is provided and also towels for indoor use. Please bring your own towels for the hot tub and beach.
Pets
Sadly due to the abundance of wildlife we are unable to take pets. We can recommend excellent kennels nearby.
Children
Children are made most welcome when they accompany a hen party. We provide a safe environment and are happy to supply a cot and high chair if required
Cleaning
All our properties are cleaned and maintained to an exceedingly high standard. We provide a variety of cleaning materials, dishwasher tablets and each toilet is provided with a toilet roll to start you off.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the cottages, but there is an under cover area which provides a suitable retreat!
Arrival/ Departure
Our week starts on a Friday, short breaks on other days to suit by arrangement.Arrival time is from 4.00p.m and departure by 10.00a.m.
Damage/Excess Cleaning Deposit
We charge a fully refundable damage/excess cleaning deposit of £350 which is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival. It is banked and then refunded within 5 days of departure. We do not charge for minor breakages such as the odd glass
Parking
There is plenty of parking for guests at Hembury Court, both directly behind the cottages and near the South Oak and duck pond.

Wi-Fi
Free wireless broadband internet is available in all the cottages for those with their own Wi-Fi compatible laptops.
Laundry.
Each cottage has its own drying room with an airing rack, iron and ironing board. There is a laundry room in the Oak Cruck barn which has a large washing machine and tumble dryer available at no extra charge.
